Although, it's not prompting me if I want to upgrade the file or not and it's not running in I'm wondering, then, might it be that our source provider is using an older version of Excel? I'm using Office 16, so when I open the file, it's using my version. So, it seems that the problem is not on my end.
When I ran it through SSIS it processed all the rows just fine. I put the header in row 6 and populated the sheet down to row 100,000. Now Double click on 'Import Multiple Pages from PDF.js' to run. In the JavaScript palette go to Samples > Images. This will activate the JavaScript palette.
